i don't know about Japanese jujitsu but in bjj we use our hips A LOT for everything. then in muay thai we obviously use this for all of our strikes.

There's one thing I didn't like, which is in the last punch he seems to pull it back, but he's fast enough to get away with it I think.

It starts off about headbutting, but I think what's said there is important.
