I train Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (now in Brazil!!!) for 1.25 hours a day 5x a week. Right after training I do about 45 minutes of weight lifting.

Thats a crazy amount of training, you must love your sport: well done. You might want to cut down your weight lifting a little though, unless you are training for endurance.

I usually train 2 times a week, but one of my instructors has been away for about 1 -1/2 months, so I've only been training 1x per week in that time. :( When he gets back I'll resume with the 2x per week.

Sometimes go to uni gym and hit bag as well. Play footy 2 other days and do swimming, running,cycling & bodyweight exercises too after running, football and thaiboxing.
Moving away tostudy for 9 months so will probably train a lot more to keep me from missing home :(

one to two times a week for an hour. would like to practice more but i cant because i don't have a time. :P :P :P
