How often do you train in your Martial Art?

Wondering how much people train (in a school/dojo with an instructor, not practicing at home or by yourself--that's for another thread!). Would also like to know what people think is optimal? I know I would train everyday if I could! Also, do your sessions last 1 or 2 (or other) hours?

4 x 1.5h of Wing Tsun Kuen at the club.. and also 2 x 1.5h escrima concept :roll:

One and a half hours twice a week, one hour once a week. In a perfect world I would train four or five times a week with an instructor.

Currently one session of two to three hours one on one tuition, plus we're always discussing concepts etc while doing stalls and stuff. I have a great instructor (don't tell him I said so though) so he always gives me a lot of ideas to work on by myself.

two to three times a week for an hour and a half. would like to get in more, but am pretty busy and my dojo is an hour away. My eventual goal is to attend every class in a week (5 classes).

I train about 12 hours a week right now. it will drop down to 10 soon though.

They only run classes 3 times a week I'm there for 2, cause yeah it the first two night's are meant to be for competition players, but I've been doing judo for eight years; so I've well above everyone in the club except the other coachs; and it's hard at the moment to get time and money to travel to other clubs for better training.
I normally do weights training 2 times a week, when I have the time I often find myself in their at any chance trying to improve my body. I'm doing the bets I can. Doesn't seem like it's getting me anywhere at times...

2 classes mondays, 1 tuesday, 2 wednesdays, none thursdays, 1 friday and usually one per day on the weekends. 6 days a week or 8 classes per week.

am i seeing results? oh yes =) as soon as they give me a key and let me help with basic training there will prolly be one more class on tuesdays, thursdays and more on the weekends... /.nl /.com

I'm training with my instructor 2x3 hrs a week. Friday and sunday. wed and sat, i train 4 hrs a day with my brother and friend at home. We have swain mats that we roll on.

When i do Cardio at the gym, I'm reading books about jiu Jitsu

I usually train 3 times weekly(in class) and everyday at home, although these days I have lightened up as I have an injury that requires surgery to fix. I plan on picking up my schedule again once I have healed.

5 to 6 hours a day 5 days a week. That includes boxing/bjj and weight lifting

I train Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (now in Brazil!!!) for 1.25 hours a day 5x a week. Right after training I do about 45 minutes of weight lifting.
