skip to the loo my darling... Lol

When i started kickboxing i rediscovered skipping!!! Yipeeee, i love it!! We do it for three minutes at the beginning of the session. I actually find it pretty easy, which is really unusual cause i normally struggle with everything.... how can i make it harder...? What tricks are lurking out there that can spice up my skipping routine and make me sweat. Lol

double jumps och crossed arms is someting I use. Also kicking back or to the sides and raising legs more. And you can always work on your speed.

Its also quite good to use the foot positions the you normally use (I'm a boxer and am not sure if its possible in kickboxing).

Wind sprints while jumping rope. Five minute warm-up moderate pace, 5x400 meter sprints(60 seconds as fast as you can, 60 sec moderate in between sprints), for more spice 10x200 (30 seconds), extra spicy 20x100 (20 seconds). 5 minute light pace cool down.

I am glad that you are having fun but I do not know of anymore routines. Try doing a search for some boxing or kickboxing forums. This forum might be useful. http://www.defend.net/deluxeforums/index.php It is a boxing and martial arts forum.
