James is not vegan, but he does eat a plant based diet. We've swapped a few emails re the GVA site and he was clear that eats honey from a neighbour's rescued bees. No meat or dairy though.

that is very honest of him, i mean, quite a large percentage of vegans do not get too stressed about some parts of insect products in their diet.
