Is doing this routine enough to progress and build towards a career in MMA in your opinion?
I am seeing huge Improvements in BJJ, however I train Gi, which is not Ideal.
Monday
3 Hours BJJ (1 drills, 1 sparring, one private session)
Tuesday
1 hour Kickboxing + 24 miles cycling (12 miles there, then back)
Wednesday
3 hours BJJ again
Thursday
1 hour Kickboxing + 24 miles cycling (12 miles there, then back)
Friday
1 hour Kickboxing + 24 miles cycling (12 miles there, then back)
Saturday
1 hour Kickboxing + 24 miles cycling (12 miles there, then back)
6 mile run
Sunday
