quitting jiu jitus

decision made: quitting jiu jitsu until wrists have full ROM again. Will read up on jiu jitsu theory in the mean time.

Hard decision, but sounds like it will be worth it in the long run to get the wrists back to normal.

quitting is very strong word, how about taking a break while recovering from injury?

oops meant to post this in my own log not a new log. Having a while log for quitting (temporarily) is a bit much

and yeah taking a break is a more positive way to put it

thanks JP. Not sure how after a couple of years i managed to suddenly get confused by the difference between 'post reply' and 'new topic'.

double checked and yeah i have both 'new topic' and 'reply to' in thread view but only 'new topic' in forum view. Is this just me and, if so, is it because I am special?

Maybe i'm going into it weird but I tried clicking on thread title and page number and it is the same. I'm using Mozilla Firefox.

Injuries sometimes defy logic and wait until you forget about them before moving on.

Take a break and enjoy something else for a while and see what happens.
