interesting - dana white seemed to deny all those suggestions where they would actually make efficiency gains from the deal, which makes me think he is not really telling the truth.

Why would they buy it if they didnt think they would make more money together than apart?

As in contract negotiations, both fighters and networks, staff, scouts, etyc etc etc
