Hey Guys,
I am currently trying to train 3-4 times a week boxing/muay thai, I was getting injured a lot in my shoulder and a physio friend of mine told me to do weight training to strengthen up.
It has been great advice and it is preventing injuries a lot. BUT question!
It is common knowledge for weight lifters that you should rest the muscles trained 48 hours after weight lifting for full benefit. The thing is... I don't have time to rest in between as I train boxing 3-4 times a week, so I can't do much resting of the muscles.
Is this really BAD? will I damage myself if I don't rest or will I just not get the benefits
