Okay, so today I did my first HIIT training, in the morning, without eating just as it was suggested.

It was alright. The road I normally run down though was under construction so I was turning back and forth and going down a side street.

but anyways...

4 minutes my first time. tomorrow I think I'll do 4 again and then 5 the day after.

but heres one question I have:

When should I EAT? Muscle Media says 30minutes to an hour after... (thats not gonna happen, at least not now.)


When would be best to eat after a HIIT session in the morning?

I had my girlfriend take some pics of sparring. Hopefully I can get some critiques. =) I'll upload them on YouTube once she comes over again. (She forgot the USB connector.)

i loath HIIT training, I can't remember who posted it but they posted an article on sledgehammer training, i'm going to try that :D

I loath Tabata, but it'll but some hair on your chest. :lol:

Don't worry got some hair there already, Tabata comes a close second after HIIT!

....so how's it going? I'm training to fight this season... was meant to fight sept, then next date dec, but being messed about really so don't know if I'll be ready. my coaches need to get me some female sparring and give me some attention!! :evil:

Just wondering what your routeen is now and when you're hoping to fight. Not answered earlier cos I've not logged on for a century!
