I only heard this third hand, via a Yeo Valley employee, so it may not be accurate, but apparently, their latest advert http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eOHAUvbuV4o cost £500 000 to make and they are paying £5 million to have it shown during The X Factor over the next few weeks.

Strange that when it is obviously inspired by the recent viral success of the Newport State of Mind spoof video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=x4NeFo7zkfk they couldn't stretch the budget to cover the royalty fees to use the original New York State of Mind tune.

also anyone seen the EU funded milk adverts on buses lately? Pisses me off no end how EU is funding these just to get rid of the overproduction due to the subsidies...

YES. I have seen this. Didn't realise that about the EU. At the bottom saying funded by the dairy industry or whatever, so biased with their comments about it being good for you.
Although the effeminate nature of my username may suggest otherwise, my gender actually falls into the male category.
