Helhetshälsa will sponsor us with a tub of proteinpowder! Hoff can you mention it to your contact at Vegomässan?

Great!

Should we have a male and female division?

I think not. We only have one prize anyway... We're going to have to decide about a few details regarding the contest, but
maybe that's better discussed in PM or IRL.

Don't know. Generally I am not a fan of male and female divisions, but it might inspire some girls to join the comp if they are not competing against guys. Then again, if a really strong girl makes a good result then this might trigger some testosterone idiots to enter to not do "worse than a girl"... I am indecisive.

The t-shirts have arrived today. They are looking really good I must say. And what quick delivery! Will send email about the costs etc.

My plan is to print the flyer (A5 size) after I get comments from everyone in the reader's group. About 400 copies I was thinking. Is that too few? Or too many?

Also, if I am feeling ambitious in December I was thinking about baking some protein bars that can be served at the stall. There is a recipe in the folder and I thought it might be fun to use that one to serve during the fair. Do you think that this sounds like a good idea or is to complicate stuff?

What about the leader board? How can we communicate the current high scores with the visitors of the fair? Any thoughts?

I do. Could you reserve a few extra spots? I might bring a couple of local friends.

Do you know what our spot at the fair will look like, how much room we've got?
Would be good if we have enough space to swing some kettlebells around,
or if I could show a little acro yoga! :)

I miss this place so much. Their food was so amazing! And such great people working there.

Are you hoping for another train tomorrow?

I trust Kalle to sort this out for us. "I'm Kalle and I do rowing, swimming, acro yoga, climbing, MTB and running. I'm also a gym instructor, I do boxing and what not. Let me tell you about vegan fitness".

Yes, we are hoping to catch the train this morning. Kalle will be lone rep at the fair the first couple of hours, we will be there later in the day.

Bringing 400 flyers and 160 protein balls to amaze ppl of the greatness
of VF. Shame "Sven" made so many stay in Stockholm, we will eat some vegan delights in your honor. :)
