We are coming into King's Cross, so lets aim to meet there for 10:30AM on Saturday morning. Then we can get some coffee and visit Vx -> http://www.vegancross.com/
From there maybe we can hit a gym together? Talyn, how about a Crossfit gym, you think they would just let us pitch up and train?

Else Science Museum, lunch, dinner, sorbet in Soho, Vegan Doughnuts etc etc..

I will pm everyone's mobile number around, anyone else wants to join please let me know. Always great to meet new VF folks, we are all very friendly, some of us even more friendly in person than we are on the forum

Sounds good.

I am keen to train that day, Ivan & I have a deadlift showdown planned.

I don't know of any crossfit gyms - do you? I'm sure we could just rock up and train at a crossfit gym as long as our form is bad and we look like we are elite.

I will bring my boardshorts, bro, it is a deadlift throw down.

Will email around a few of them and see what they say.

LOL... thanks for the videos guys, I'm not sure if I'd prefer to have my head smashed in Stewie style or pay 1 billion trillion lentils :)

Sounds like you guys are going to have a bumper vegan day! Have a good one!

I have not found a gym yet, crossfit people don't seem that friendly.

What about here? http://www.genesisgym.co.uk/index.html

Not a crossfit gym but we could deadlift there. Bring chalk.

Sorted. Chalk packed. I have a comp the next day and a rather glass back at the moment, so only light deadlifts for me.

Sorry I didn't catch that. I only heard the sound of crying babies and violins. Max deadlifts? Great.

Yep.
