Food Festival in N Wales

Cant remember if Ive posted this...

We have a massive food festival locally that has traditionally been about meat and dairy (25,000-30,000 visitors!!) they have a section with live animals in labelled "where your food comes from"... it takes over the town of conwy with lots of different venues around showing various bit and pieces...

This year they've actually approached our group North Wales Vegans and offered us a venue to do whatever we want with!! The venue is right opposite the area with the live animals

Soooo we will be having a 2 day free food cafe, live music, stalls, talks and videos

They've even offered us a slot on the main stage to demonstrate vegan cooking... all the others demos be meaty dairy stuff

We're really chuffed, we get to show veganism in a positive light to masses and masses of folk

Anybody know of good vegan chefs who'd like to do cookery bit??

Anybody know of good entertainers who are prepared to work for peanuts??

Well it definitely comes across that way with all of the cool stuff you share - and the fact that it's fairly low population. It sure would be nice to see other folks posting as much about the good stuff happening in their areas!
