this i found in the Hugo´s Cafe in Uppsala

fredrikw is the one invited to talk about training and veganism so I guess he will be there. :)

More about the café and talk can be found here (only in swedish)

yes i saw that already... have sent fredrik a message but he hasn´t answered yet, i guess he wasn´t online on vf for a while...

Yeah was a very good speak! I didn´t understand so much but i could see that the people were listening very attentive!
And i have to say: Holy Shiiiit!!! Fredrik looks like an awesome ripped professional endurance athlete!! I like!
