hey from the uk

Ive been vegan for years and ive been unfit for even longer! Im joining the local gym tomorrow and hoping to start lifting, but i have no clue where to start. I hope to also do some cardio classes

Welcome! I'd definitely recommend checking out an existing beginners program and follow it for a couple of months. My personal favorite is StrongLifts, which got a great app to help you track and remember everything, but there's also Starting Strength that a lot of people swear by.

Whatever route you pick, the important thing is to just pick something and stick by it for more than just a few weeks. Result will come.

Hey, also from the UK here! I found that attending classes is a good way to keep motivated, push yourself further than you may on your own and meet great people. I do 2 Body attack classes a week which I think is an awesome all round workout and loads of fun.
