My Introduction

Hi all!
I am Damon from Sydney, Australia and Vegan for nearly 4 years.
I have been seriously lifting for about 1.5 yrs now and 9 months ago started running.
Running is my new passion and it has been a challenge making improvements in both areas and open to any suggestions.
41yo 5ft7 and 76kg 167lb, bf no idea

Can't help you much with the running, but what kind of lifting do you do? Power/Olympic/bodybuilding?

Do you know about Sydney Vegan Strength? If you are on FB look them up too, I think they've even done a few meet up recently

Thanks for making me feel welcome guys!
With weights, have been doing mostly bodybuilding programs and starting to lean toward more powerlifting movements now.
I have been to a couple of Sydney Vegan Strength meets and it was Chris R that mentioned this site, I think, on a FB post :)
