Hello

Postby mookid » Wed Feb 26, 2014 1:49 pm

Hello all, I've lurked on the forums for a while but thought it was time I joined in.
I've been vegan for around four years and during that time done varying amounts of exercise. Whilst at uni this mainly consisted
of fucking about with machines and having no idea what I was doing and swimming i.e. swimming two lengths and then siting
in a sauna for half an hour. Around two years ago I started doing crossfit (no hate pls!) and got a bit more serious about exercising.
I've dropped crossfit for now and have been doing 5/3/1 since January. I'm still weak as hell but I'm really enjoying having something
consistent where I can see the progress I'm making. Doing very little cardio at the moment but will sort that out at some point :P.

Apart from this I enjoy reading, cats, communism and coffee. I'm based in London (UK).

I will probably start a log at some point so I'm somewhate more accountable.

anyway that's probably enough rambling :D

Cheers,
mookid

A very warm welcome to the forum.
All this talk of religion but it's how you live your life that is the all-important thing.
If you set out each day to do all the goodness and kindness that you can and to do no harm to man or beast, then you are walking the highest path.
And when your time is up, if you can leave the earth a better place than you found it, then yours will have been a life well lived.
