Hey, I am "Alex"andra. I was a veg for 5 years and have been vegan for 5 or 6 years. My fitness level has gone from really great to nothing and everything in between for the last 20 years or so. My diet too. I get my fruit and veg but then I also eat crap like the vegan cheese with pasta.
I live in Northern VA, outside of DC, and would love to find a vegan personal trainer. Suggestions?
