Hi i'm a vegan from northern Italy. I practice Iyengar yoga, fitness and jogging.

I am looking through the news & hoping that none of our Italian vegan friends have been to directly affected by the recent earthquakes....

it just affected part of emilia romagna, which is the region above tuscany. i don't know of any vfitner from there.
i'm focusing on some kind of stuff
