I'm a Canadian finishing up study in Canberra, Australia and will be relocating to Melbourne for work in September.
I'm a former combat sport athlete, my main sport was freestyle wrestling, but I also dabbled in submission grappling, boxing, and muay thai for several years.
I focus now on maintaining a healthy lifestyle through exercise and diet. My exercise mainly focuses around a resistance training routine and a variety of cardio, with an emphasis on middle distance running.
