I'm supposed to follow a fairly strict diet to help with health issues but I'll admit I slip a lot. I've been feeling the effects of not sticking to it lately so I'm back to browse this forum and thought I'd say hi :D it caught my interest a while back but I slipped and never posted! Hoping to find some fun new recipes. I could use a change from my regular routine of finding 101 ways to make salad interesting :P
