Hi from sunny Bristol

Hi everyone.
I'm joe,27,male and bristol (uk) based. After 11 years of smokeing and drinking to much i'm trying to get fit and healthy!
I've started running, useing dumbbells, press up's and a self defence class with more things to come.
I look forward to learning from the folk on this forum and would like to say ta in advance!
Oh and ive been vegan for 11 years as well and i'm part of the local animal rights group

Welcome Joe............I love the way you throw the oh yeah I'm vegan in as an afterthought :) It's so nice to feel veganism is the norm rather then the exception.

Urrite moi luv. I grew up nur Bristle look so good to avn eer init.

There used to be some really active AR groups in Bristol, hope there still is.

thanx for the welcomes. Yeah we still have a good a/r and hunt sab group down here... along with a vegan group,vegan cafes,wholefood shops etc.It's a good place to be with loads going on...which is nice. :D
