Your best for exercise is to consult with a personal trainer with a good reputation. Be aware, that most of them are minimally educated with regards to nutrition and will pressure you to eat animal products of ignorance.
If you can, use a trainer to get a good exercise plan and have them watch you to make sure you learn to do the exercises in proper form. You will get more fit with fewer injuries that way.
