Living in NZ, training incredibly hard... and of course eating VERY well!

Got tubby from a far too inactive lifestyle...
Started exercising --- dropped 20 kilos.
Now enjoying the 'rebuild' phase!
I train 6 days a week... boxing, weights and a 'fun day' of freestyle stuff.
Commited to a plant based diet for 17 years now.
Happy times.
