I'm a middle aged housewife from Portland Oregon. I started running again this year after 25 years of doing other activities (dancing, swimming, walking and weight lifting mostly). I am planning to run a half marathon in April and the Portland marathon in October 2011.
I've been a vegetarian for years and a vegan on and off over the years, though I think I'm vegan now for keeps. I hope to use this site to connect with other fitness junkies and health food nuts
