Just a short note to say Hi!
Been vegetarian for >40 years (Started at 14, I wanted to before that, but my mother wouldnt let me). Reason? - to me it seems mean to kill things if you dont have to. Leaning towards vegan, but it looks like it may never happen - well, it happens sometimes which I guess is of some benefit. Dairy protein allergy. Healthy and happy.
Fitness - gym 2-3x per week (resistance and cardio); Tai Chi 2x per week; Chinese martial arts 2X per week. Lunch time classes in yoga, TRX, cardio-boxing etc when they are run.
Other 'fitness' activities - singing and doing up cars from the '70s (therapeutic during a week in front of a computer monitor).
