Hello, my name is Derek I have been in the Navy for eight years. My wife, me , and our little girl went vegan the 1st of June. Just looking for some good info on the vegan lifestyle.

I am stationed in Fort Worth been here a year. Vegan in the middle of cowtown good times. On the bright side there is this vegan resturant in downtown called spiral diner that is outstanding. As far as info nothing specific just general stuff about the lifestyle
