Hello from North Wales

I have been a vege for 27 years and because of health issues I am looking to take the next step and become a vegan.

But to be honest I really don't know where to start.

So hopefully I will be able to learn everything I need to know here.

Hey, Im from North Wales... I thought I was the only vegan in the village!!! Where abouts are you in N Wales ?

Cool, Im in county of Conwy. You'll get loads of support in becoming and remaining a super healthy vegan here :D
