Hello, I've been a vegan for a few years now. This is my 6th year of a plant based diet and also 6th year living in Japan. My main form of exercise is road cycling (long distance and hill climbs) but I also do yoga, running, skiing. Also interested in hiking, kayaking, swimming, and bouldering.
