Hi everyone,
I'm new to vegan eating, and fairly new to fitness and athleticism - I've dabbled in both over the years, but following some health concerns last year, I've started to take fitness and nutrition a lot more seriously. At the moment I'm training for a half-marathon in two weeks, and then a marathon in October.
I hope I can eventually contribute something to VeganFitness, but in the meantime I'll be doing plenty of reading and asking!
