I'm 100% done with VF from December 2016. That's plenty time (13 months) for someone else to take over. If there isn't someone then that's sad but too bad. Let be clear: I will let site go dark.
JS - They think it will open the door to folk like LordMuppet campaigning for a threeway?

I'm looking at a few things.
Too tired to write more without being incredibly negative.
I will probably come up with the shortfall of money at the end of the year but I will, to be honest, resent doing so.

Maybe leaving it to go dark is an ok option, the Phwoaarr thread will probably be the only thread worth archiving

I'm incline to agree with Baldy. It'd be nice if VF could continue to exist but if that involves hassle then, at this point, it's probably not worth it anymore.
