New vegan products out there? Queries about products, ingredients, vegan supplements?

Hi,
I'm trying to figure out what food I can eat along with my protein shake to get my 4:1 carbs/protein ratio in after my workouts. I currently drink organic rice protein (~2g. carbs) and then eat a couple of dried plums. However I've learned it's not enough carbs. I use to eat a handful of raisins but I still don't think it was enough carbs. I'm ~125 lbs. so I've read I should get in 15 grams of protein and 63 grams carbs. Any ideas on what foods would be good to get my carb intake in? If it matters I run 5 times a week, lift heavy 4 times a week and cross train once a week.

If you have a blender you could blend some bananas up with your protein shake.

Thanks! I just started eating bananas with my protein shake and it seems to be working out well. I'm not sure what the ratio is though but I think bananas have more nutrients then a handful or raisins/prunes.
