One of my work colleagues recently baked me some brownies (it was her birthday, we seem to have an expectation to bring cakes in when it's our birthday, she's quite mumsy and admitted to "getting her bake on") and as a result decided to research vegan marg etc to get it right and not buy marg with animal products in (I love this woman!). Apparently she came across a lot of forums where there was significant rowing over which marges did and didn't pass muster.

Her main comment was: "aren't you lot horrible to each other!"

I like biscuits.

And beer, did I mention about the beer?

Because we don't eat them all the time; they're a treat. Yesterday I ate museli and a smoothie, then a big plate of raw salad (with kale and shit, and everything) and wholemeal toast, and for my evening meal stir-fry veg with brown rice and tahini sauce. HOWEVER, I was flagging a bit mid afternoon, so I had a brew with two of these cookies. Yes, they were beautiful.

You can call me a SUGAR WHORE if you like, but you can prise my cookies from my cold, dead hand.

Only on the internet. Everybody is horrible to each other on the internet.

No you didn't, but beer is a fine thing. Not with cookies, though. That would be wrong. Cookies are for dipping in tea, (or milk if you are a Namerican).

Beer and biscuits though, surely?

Oh and yeah even the most vile forum chat pales into insignificance next to the tidal wave of bile and bullshit that is the comments section on youtube, newspaper comment streams etc...

I think cookies and beer is a fine match, even if you call them biscuits, especially peanut butter ones :D

Also, white supremacist rallies are more open minded than most internet comment sections.

ha ha ha after your 'let's make Goob a whale!' thread you were born to weigh in (excuse the pun) on this one ;) :)

edited to add: soon as I've fixed my stomach issues Operation Muppet Whale will begin. It will involve more than a few cookies.
JS - They think it will open the door to folk like LordMuppet campaigning for a threeway?
