2 cups unsweetened soya
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/4 cup date sugar, sucanat (unrefined cane sugar), or maple syrup
ice, to taste
Blend and blamo! Healthy chocolate milk.

500ml soya milk (I use Morrisons own brand at 63p a litre)
One 30g scoop pea protein
One 30g scoop cocoa powder
teaspoon of coffee grandules
Mixed in a protein shaker on the way out the door of a morning, lush.
