Vegan D3 is finally here

Hmmm I had never thought about vitamin D. This article is helpful, thank you.

So has anyone used this stuff yet? Although the weather is great at the moment, dark times are ahead (winter, that is). So I'm going to try this stuff I think.

If your low on vitamin D which many vegans or even non-vegans are especially in the winter months with sunlight not being strong enough to manufacture vitamin D within the body its worth taking. Especially when you see how many diseases are linked to low or deficient vitamin D.

3 for 2 is a great offer, doubt we will be able to offer that so would snap it up from them whilst it lasts.

I'm somewhat confused on this- I at present have the Vegan Societies VEG1 multivitamin.
That gives you Vitamin D at 10 iu a day and says this is 200% the RDA-which sounds as though I'm getting twice the required amount...
Why would I need this D3 at the levels that some have talked about?

The 10 is micrograms measurement not IU. It is also the inactive D2 form which is in the VEG1 multivitamin.

It's legit, I have one here right now. The label states:

Recommended dosage = 5 sprays = 25 µg = 1000IU (500% RDA)
