Yeah, not looking for sugar...more like replacing electrolytes.
Minus exercise, I already drink 8-10 cups of water per day.

It is sustained yes, but low intensity. If you were running it, I'd say htose types of drinks would be more suitable.

It'll also depend upon weather. This is New England. It could be 50s and raining or it could be 80 with 95% humidity. :-/

So chuck some salt and baking soda in some fruit squash, have a banana for potassium, and maybe a decent greens smoothie for magnesium and calcium.
